[Customer Service] I recently ported over from another established service provider, but from the very moment my line was moved, it failed me completely. For two full days (Thursday and Friday), I was left without a working mobile line — right in the middle of my school duties — which was incredibly disruptive and frustrating. The eSIM connection failures created a truly ridiculous situation. Despite repeated attempts by your personnel to assist me (ticket numbers: 4108828, 4108833, 4108977, and 4109014), the system in place prevented them from resolving the issue effectively. I want to acknowledge that your staff tried their best on Thursday, but the odds were stacked against them because of the processes and limitations of the system. During this period, I had to depend entirely on my school laptop to remain contactable by colleagues and students. This was not only inconvenient, but it also affected my ability to work smoothly. Eventually, it was only because a colleague hotspotted for me that I could redo the verification (eKYC) process, which finally allowed me to register for a replacement SIM card. I must commend Alex, who was simply excellent — he told me exactly what I needed to do, and once I followed his guidance, everything went well. However, the overall experience of being left without a functioning line for two full days, combined with the inability of your system to support your frontline staff in resolving the issue, has left me extremely disappointed as a new customer. I hope this feedback helps highlight the urgent need to strengthen your systems and processes so that no customer has to endure such an avoidable and stressful disruption again.0
